- Your monthly request allowance is shared across all sites on your account: every 404 request and every bulk-matched address uses the same allowance. It resets monthly — on annual plans too.
- Bot requests count toward the allowance too and are shown separately in reports. Crawls you don't care about (for example bots probing /wp-admin) can be kept away from no404 entirely with the blacklist in our plugins and packages.
- Paid plans get a 10% buffer once the quota is reached, so a mid-month traffic spike doesn't cut redirects off right away.
- If the quota runs out completely, your site doesn't break: visitors see your own 404 page.
Why no404?
Hiding a 404 isn't enough. Recover it.
There are four common ways to handle 404s. Three of them either hide the error or keep asking for your time; no404 finds the broken URL, shows where the visitor came from and sends them to the closest live page.
Noticing a new broken URL
- no404
- Yes: In your dashboard as soon as a real visitor lands
- Redirect to home page
- No: The error is hidden; often nothing is logged

Columns are categories of approach, not specific products; individual plugins may offer different features. Real 301/302 responses come from the WordPress plugin, the PrestaShop module, the Laravel and Node.js packages and the server API; the snippet redirects in the browser and the HTTP status stays 404.
Which column is your site in?
See what happens to a broken URL on your site today, in seconds.
The free scan tests how your site answers a broken URL: a real 404, a soft 404, or a redirect to the home page. No sign-up needed.
- Your existing 301s stay in place; no404 only steps in on URLs that actually return a 404.
- If a setting or plugin sends your 404s to the home page, just turn it off; the scan tells you if there is one.
Billing
Common questions about pricing and quota
- How long does the free plan last?
Indefinitely. It includes 1 website, 500 requests per month, a catalog of up to 250 addresses and 30 days of event history. We don't ask for a card and your account doesn't expire.
When the limit is reached, resolution stops; the counter resets at the start of the next month.
- What exactly counts toward the monthly request allowance?
Every resolution request made with your key — visitor or bot — plus every address you scan in bulk matching. The counter is account-wide and resets at the start of each month. Paid plans get a 10% tolerance.
We don't exclude bots, because telling a bot from a human relies on what the caller reports about the browser; leaving a class uncounted would open the door to "just label the traffic as a bot". You still see the breakdown in your reports.
- What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
An upgrade takes effect immediately and the difference is invoiced. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — you keep your current plan until then.
In both cases your catalog is re-synced against the new ceiling; if you upgraded, a larger part of your sitemap is read.
- How do cancellations and refunds work?
You can cancel from the dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for; your access continues unchanged until then and no further payment is taken.
The cases in which a payment is refunded are listed item by item in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If we reduce what a plan includes, an annual subscription keeps the year you paid for.
- Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — the yearly price is lower than 12 months of the same plan. The exact amount and what you save appear on the pricing cards when you flip the monthly/yearly switch; the discount is calculated from the difference between the two prices, not stored as a fixed percentage.
Paying yearly only changes the billing period; your request allowance still works monthly.
